Suggest a Movie

I'm always looking for new movies to reveiw! Although sometimes I have to wait for it to become available for rent at BlockBuster or on Netflix. Do you have any suggestions? Here are the rules on suggesting a movie:

1. Movie must be rated G or PG. No movies will be accepted if they are rated PG13 or R.
2. Movies must be kid-friendly.

Yeah, not that many rules, huh? Well, This is what you need to include in your suggestion "form". Please list the following in order:

1. Movie Name (ex. Cinderella)
2. Production Company (ex. Dreamworks Animation)
3. Official Rating (ex. PG)
4. In Theatres or on DVD (ex. In Theatres)
5. Have you seen it? (ex. yes)
